Perhaps it feels like your body’s symptoms have taken over your life and are overshadowing everything else.

You watch people around you moving forward with their dreams and goals with work, friends, and relationships and you just feel stuck. But, when you ignore your body and try to “power through”, things get even worse!

In my integrative embodied therapy I provide sensitively paced and relational space for you to find your way to accept your body as you are, with your fears. From here you can begin to relate to yourself more gently, curiously and compassionately.
