Moving Body Wisdom classes bring the focus back to our essential body functions, physical tissues and processes through guided attention, self-touch and movement. We learn from our living body processes as curious internal witnesses and there is no right way to do this, other than to give it time and attention. Some of us need to be held and structured in this practice, so hence my classes – a weekly commitment to your own relationship to your body and health. You will come away feeling more deeply appreciative of your body as a living organism and most likely with a sense of deeper balance and awareness to support you in your life.

You’re most welcome as a newcomer, returner and regular mover at any of my classes, but please do book with me in advance.
